A valid credit card is required to purchase an in-person conference pass. If you would like to bill conference passes to your AWS account, please contact customer support.

Group passes allow you to purchase two or more passes in a single transaction. If you are purchasing group passes and plan to attend the event yourself, select Assign a pass to myself during pass selection. Upon completing the group pass purchase, your group codes will be available in your attendee portal under Event passes > Group passes. Distribute the codes to each person attending the event. Each attendee must register themselves. Please note Hotel room booking is now closed and should be done directly through hotel.

Please refer to the cancellation policy listed in the event website FAQs. An event registration may be transferred to another participant at the sole discretion of AWS. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact customer support.
